As the name implies, this song, also called "Sad Girl", is one of the few sad songs in Super Mario Galaxy. This song plays during the especially touching moments of the storybook and is rather beautiful in a mournful way. I still can't help but cry when I read the line "But I know she's not there! I knew all along that she wasn't out there in the sky! Because... because... She's sleeping on the tree under the hill!".
